In our People Team, we want to ensure smooth sailing for our managers and employees throughout their journey with us. To make sure this continues seamlessly during the summer, we are looking for a summer addition to our People team. As our Junior People Operations Coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience in core HR operations while supporting employees across the organization and contributing to the development of modern, AI-enabled HR services.
💡 Your key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day support for People Operations activities and employee requests
- Acting as first-line support via the People email, ensuring timely and helpful responses
- Administering and maintaining HRIS data and internal documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Supporting recruitment operations and related administrative tasks
- Participating in entry-level AI-enabled support development, including HR assistants / agents
This is a fixed-term, full-time position. The role is planned to start around May and continue through the end of September. You’ll be based at our Espoo or Tampere office, working in a flexible hybrid model. We are super excited to have you on board and for you to bring your insight and knowledge to our international team of 14 HR, Talent Acquisition, and Sustainability professionals!

Ready to make an impact? 💥
We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented early-career professional ready to make an impact on our HR processes. To succeed in this position:
- Relevant studies or educational background, some passion for organisational development, people processes, and/or HR compliance topics is a great start.
- You have a keen interest to learn and develop skills in HR. You know the basics or theory of what makes a modern people & culture team and now you want to learn more and in practise what it is that we do.
- You are tech savvy: you learn how to use new applications easily and know what it takes to teach others on how to use new applications effectively. Familiarity with AI tools and solutions is a plus.
- Fluent skills in English and Finnish, both spoken and written .
- Prior work experience in HR or administration is seen as a big advantage.
