As part of our product and technical growth, we are looking for a Back End Developer to strengthen our engineering team and actively contribute to the evolution of our SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

As a Back End Developer, you will work on a production SaaS product and play a key role in its technical evolution:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Django
• Actively contribute to architecture and technical design decisions
• Work on real-world SaaS production challenges (performance, reliability, scalability, technical debt)
• Analyze and improve the existing codebase with a critical yet pragmatic mindset
• Collaborate closely with Product teams, including non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to overall code quality: readability, testing, code reviews, and documentation

Desired Education & Experience

• High level of autonomy, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining backend services
• Proven experience building and maintaining SaaS products.
• Strong awareness of technical debt, with the ability to prioritize effectively over time.
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code with long-term quality in mind.
• Strong written communication skills, including clear documentation, technical specifications, and async collaboration.
• Comfortable working closely with non-technical stakeholders such as Product Managers and Operations.
• Ability to thrive in a structured, collaborative team environment where teamwork matters more than individual ego.
