As a Population Health Informaticist, you will use large-scale health data to understand trends, disparities, and outcomes across communities. Your work will support the design of data-driven strategies and programs that improve health at a population level.
Organization: Alignerr Position: Population Health Informaticist Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $35–$75 /hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
- Collect, integrate, and evaluate population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improving outcomes across communities.
- Design dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks that support monitoring, surveillance, and decision-making for population health initiatives.
- Translate analytical insights into strategies, policies, and data-driven programs that improve health at scale.
- Experience working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills, including experience with dashboards and reporting tools.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
