We are looking for an experienced Chrome Extension Developer who understands how to design, build, and maintain production-ready browser extensions.

• Develop and maintain modern Chrome extensions


• Build UI components for browser environments (content scripts, popups, options pages)


• Work with Chrome Extension APIs (Manifest V3)


• Integrate external APIs and manage browser storage (local / sync)


• Optimize performance, reliability, and code quality


• Prepare and manage releases for the Chrome Web Store


• Collaborate closely on product and technical decisions (not just ticket execution)

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript


• Proven experience building Chrome Extensions (Manifest V3 required)

Solid knowledge of:

• Content Scripts


• Background / Service Workers


• Chrome Storage APIs

And

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or well-structured Vanilla JS)


• Strong understanding of clean, maintainable code


• Independent and structured working style


• Very good English or German skills
