Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, providing guidance on AI strategy, architecture, and implementation.
• Solve complex ML challenges by designing robust solutions for feature extraction, feature definition, data validation, monitoring, and model management.
• Architect and implement multi-step Agentic AI workflows using ADK, Agent Engine, LangChain, Vertex AI, and AgentSpace.
• Coach and mentor customers on the practical challenges of machine learning systems, ensuring best practices for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with Customers, Partners, and Google Product teams to design and deliver customized AI solutions into production environments.
• Provide technical enablement and knowledge transfer, empowering customer teams to maintain and extend deployed AI systems.
• Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and trends, proactively bringing insights to improve solution architectures and customer outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and pipelines (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Proven expertise in architecting and deploying AI workflows with tools such as ADK, LangChain, Vertex AI, and AgentSpace.
• Deep understanding of data lifecycle management, including data ingestion, validation, monitoring, and governance.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
