About the role

As Head of Technology, you’ll take ownership of the technical vision and execution across the organisation. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll shape long-term technology strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams, and play a key role in driving innovation across next-generation XR platforms.

Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional engineering and technology team
- Define and evolve the technology roadmap to support scalable, high-performance XR products
- Evaluate, select, and implement new tools, platforms, and technologies
- Ensure high standards across software quality, security, reliability, and delivery
- Partner closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align technology with business strategy
- Manage technology budgets, resource planning, and delivery timelines
- Build external technology partnerships and stay ahead of emerging market and technology trends
About you
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Proven leadership experience in complex, technology-driven environments (e.g. XR, VR/AR, gaming, simulation, or advanced consumer tech)
- Strong understanding of modern software and hardware architectures, infrastructure, and cloud environments
- Experience scaling engineering teams, platforms, and operational processes
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead and influence in an international setting
