Responsibilities

• Act as a Fortinet customer engineering expert, handling complex escalation issues beyond standard TAC resolution
• Provide technical input during the pre-sales phase, including RFx support
• Design end-to-end network architectures based on Fortinet solutions
• Lead and support SD-WAN implementations as the primary area of responsibility
• Support integrated firewall solutions within Fortinet-based environments
• Work closely with customers, engineering teams, and sales stakeholders

Qualifications

• Fluent German, both written and spoken
• Strong background in network design and network engineering
• Proven hands-on experience with Fortinet SD-WAN (essential)
• Solid understanding of Fortinet firewall technologies
• Experience working in customer-facing technical roles
• Comfortable operating across delivery and pre-sales environments
