The role
This is a senior Product role in a growing B2B SaaS business building modern financial software for complex organisations.
You’ll own the core product domain, shaping the roadmap, strategy, and execution. You’ll work closely with customers, engineers, designers, and commercial teams to simplify workflows that are historically painful and overdue for change.
This isn’t a “keep the backlog tidy” role. You’ll be expected to think, challenge, and lead.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the core product area end-to-end
- Defining product direction and roadmap aligned to real customer problems
- Running discovery with customers and internal stakeholders
- Translating insights into clear product requirements and priorities
- Assessing third-party tools and integrations (payments, OCR, AI enrichment, etc.)
- Working closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality features
- Supporting go-to-market, adoption, and ongoing optimisation
What they’re looking for
- 6+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, fintech, or financial systems
- Strong understanding of Purchase-to-Pay and Accounts Payable
- Experience working with payments platforms, AP automation, or ERP-adjacent products
- Comfortable owning a product area and making trade-offs
- Confident working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams
- Clear communicator with a practical, delivery-focused mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience with automation tools
- Exposure to AI-driven automation
- API or platform-style product experience
