Role Overview
Morgan McKinley has partnered with a health and wellbeing organisation who are looking to hire a Wellness Product Manager where a strong understanding of corporate wellness is required. The organisation is launching a digital wellness platform provider to deliver wellness services at scale, enhance its corporate offering, and gain deeper insights into member health risks.
This role will act as the primary advocate for digital wellness and will be responsible for shaping and executing the product vision and strategy to drive long-term member engagement. The role will lead the continuous development of digital wellness services, ensuring sustained success and alignment with the organisation’s corporate wellness proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Optimise digital wellness capability to align with business objectives and drive sustained member engagement.
- Ensure high levels of ongoing member engagement and satisfaction with the product.
- Manage and influence a senior internal stakeholder group to support product success.
- Ensure wellness content is appropriately tailored for the local market, taking into account a diverse and multinational employee population.
- Own and manage the product roadmap to ensure delivery of strategic and commercial objectives.
- Act as the primary vendor relationship manager, setting KPIs, monitoring SLAs, managing risk, and coordinating activities across internal teams and external partners.
- Develop and manage the business plan and budget for the digital wellness product.
- Oversee operational governance, performance metrics, and compliance with internal control and risk functions.
- Manage administration rights and configuration activities in collaboration with the platform provider.
- Define and manage analytics requirements to ensure data capture supports business and reporting needs.
- Design and manage a rewards programme to support sustained engagement with the product.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in wellness programme delivery, including the development and execution of wellness propositions (strategy, go-to-market planning, customer engagement).
- Strong understanding of workplace wellbeing and the delivery of scalable preventative health or wellness solutions.
- Commercially focused, with the ability to leverage health data and analytics to address challenges within the health or insurance sector.
- Proven experience managing complex third-party provider relationships in the health and wellness domain.
- Excellent influencing, written, and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and anticipate wellness and technology trends, with proficiency in relevant configuration and reporting tools.
