Your new role
As the HR Generalist, you will manage a broad range of HR functions across the employee lifecycle-from recruitment and onboarding to policy implementation, benefits administration, and employee relations. Acting as a trusted advisor to employees and management, you will ensure compliance with labour laws while driving engagement and organisational success.Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, issue offer letters, coordinate onboarding and exit processes.
- Policy & Compliance: Draft and update HR policies, maintain HRIS records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Benefits & Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs and resolve claims.
- Performance & Training: Support performance reviews, identify training needs, and manage career development initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, lead investigations, and promote engagement activities.
- HR Reporting: Produce HR metrics and reports, and assist leadership with continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years' experience in HR generalist or specialist roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CIPD certification is desirable.
