Role Overview
The Brand & Product Manager owns AlfaDocs' brand narrative and product messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and alignment with our growth strategy. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate product features and capabilities into clear, differentiated, and compelling value propositions.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role: you will develop brand frameworks, articulate product benefits, guide GTM launches, create sales enablement materials, and support content production with messaging direction.
Key Responsibilities
Product Messaging & Positioning
- Translate complex product features into simple, compelling benefits for clinics and medical staff.
- Develop messaging pillars, personas, and segmentation frameworks.
- Collaborate with the Product team to understand the roadmap and extract key insights for positioning.
- Own the messaging for product launches, updates, and feature announcements.
- Lead cross-functional GTM plans for new features, modules, and strategic initiatives.
- Define the target audience, core messages, and launch content requirements.
- Partner with Growth, Paid Acquisition, and Content teams to ensure alignment across all channels.
- Support Sales with value proposition briefs, battlecards, and pitch materials.
- Create and maintain sales collateral: product sheets, pitch decks, FAQs, and comparison charts.
- Train Sales and CS teams on new product capabilities and market positioning.
- Partner with Customer Success to gather user insights and identify messaging opportunities for adoption and retention.
- Work with the Content Manager to ensure blog posts, landing pages, emails, and case studies reflect accurate positioning.
- Partner with the Designer to ensure visuals align with brand identity and support product clarity.
- Support the Paid Acquisition team with messaging frameworks for ads.
- 4+ years in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or a similar hybrid role, ideally in SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record building brand narratives, product positioning, and messaging strategies.
- Strong ability to understand product features, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing functions.
- Technical & Analytical Skills
- Ability to interpret product usage data and customer insights.
- Comfortable conducting competitive analysis and market research.
- Strong understanding of SaaS buyer journeys and value drivers.
- Communication & Leadership Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong storytelling skills; able to make complex topics easy to understand.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical software sector.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Experience with product demo scripting or onboarding materials.
- Hybrid-setting: you would need to come to our office in Milan (near Milano Certosa) on a weekly basis.
- Contract: Every Alfa begins their journey with a fixed-term contract of 1 year with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term.
- Equipment: laptop, phone, headphones, keyboard, mouse, and a dedicated office monitor.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break
- Start date: Feb2026/Mar2026
- Salary range: 50-55K
