We are looking for a Merchandise & Physical Products Manager who will take ownership of branded products, logistics, and partnerships — and help scale this direction into a profitable business line.

- Manage end-to-end merchandise operations: production, inventory, logistics, delivery
- Launch new merchandise formats: branded items, VIP gifts, event products, limited editions
- Work with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners (including international)
- Collaborate with product, UX, and marketing teams to improve user experience
- Own pricing, margins, and overall profitability of the merchandise direction
- Experience in merchandise, e-commerce, or physical product operations
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Experience working with suppliers and logistics partners
- Business mindset with focus on margins and scalability
- Ability to take ownership and build processes from scratch
