Document Management at Luminor is being developed as a strategic, bank‑wide platform that supports all business areas with a unified, horizontal solution. This platform will enable end‑to‑end document lifecycle capabilities - including document generation, signing, retrieval, and secure storage - serving as a foundational service for the entire organization. As part of this team, you will help shape and evolve a core enterprise solution that underpins key customer and internal processes across the bank.

We are seeking to hire 2 Regular Product Owners and 1 Senior Product Owner for our company.

How You Will Make an Impact:


  • Shape the document management vision and business case, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, backlog, cost estimates, and delivery timelines
  • Contribute to defining unit‑level targets and take necessary actions to achieve team and departmental objectives
  • Follow up on and support team deliveries toward organizational goals and KPI implementation
  • Understand and actively contribute to strengthening Luminor’s risk and compliance culture
  • Monitor compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk factors within the document management domain
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, best practices, and technological advancements to modernize and automate document management systems
  • Ensure all changes are executed in accordance with the Luminor governance framework
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve business processes, assessing feasibility, risks, and impacts of potential technical solutions
  • Map and maintain document management processes together with the team, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate information and training materials
  • Prepare, maintain, and update documentation owned by the document management domain
  • Work closely with third‑party vendors, business units, and IT teams to secure high‑quality deliveries and ensure adherence to agreed timelines
  • Provide updates on progress and maintain accountability for delivery timelines
  • Participate in and, when needed, lead unit testing activities
  • Lead or support data quality and data improvement initiatives within the document management domain
  • Provide support and training to document management system users


What Makes You a Great Fit:


  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT or Finance sector, including leading the full product lifecycle from initial concept through launch and ongoing improvement
  • Solid knowledge of the O365 suite and a strong understanding of document management systems, related processes, and supporting IT architectures
  • Experience working within structured governance frameworks and regulated environments
  • Strong grasp of business process management principles and the ability to model and optimize processes effectively
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies as well as IT service and operations management practices
  • Hands‑on experience with JIRA and Confluence for documentation, task management, and cross‑team communication
  • Strong time‑management, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new competencies and adapt to evolving business or technical environments
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences, in both written and verbal formats
  • Professional certifications such as CSPO, A‑CSPO, CSP‑PO, ITIL, PRINCE2, or PMP are considered a strong advantage
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

  • Gross salary, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies:
  • Regular Product Owner – 3,200 – 4,700 EUR/month
  • Senior Product Owner - 3,700 - 5,900 EUR/month
