Partnerships Operations Manager

We are looking for a Partnerships Operations Manager to act as the operational lead of GoMining's referral and partnerships program.

This role is effectively a deputy to the program owner: responsible for execution, coordination, and operational excellence across the partnerships team. You will ensure that plans are delivered on time, communication is aligned, and partner-facing initiatives are executed smoothly, while also proactively suggesting improvements and new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor execution of tasks, deadlines, and commitments across the referral and partnerships program
• Coordinate the work of Affiliate Managers, Referral Managers, and Account Managers
• Act as a bridge between the partnerships team and marketing, design, product, and support teams
• Prepare regular reports on program performance, task status, and key metrics
• Work with numbers: track KPIs, partner activity, and revenue dynamics
• Communicate new features, promotions, and updates internally and ensure they are properly delivered to partners via managers
• Collect partner requests and feedback, assess priorities, and translate them into clear tasks for product and design teams
• Oversee preparation of partner materials, designs, communications, gifts, and special activities
• Initiate surveys, internal improvements, and process optimizations within the program
• Support and motivate the team, helping with prioritization and day-to-day operational decisions
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in operations, program management, project management, or similar coordination-focused roles
• Strong ability to manage processes and align multiple teams and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Confidence working with metrics, reports, and KPIs
• Experience with task trackers and CRM systems (Monday is a strong plus)
• Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements, not just execute tasks
• Interest in crypto, fintech, or digital products and willingness to learn the domain
• English level B2 or higher
