We're looking for an IT Administrator who enjoys working with Microsoft 365, Entra (Azure AD), and supporting colleagues with their IT questions. You’ll be also responsible for onboarding and offboarding users and making sure accounts are set up correctly. If you’re someone who likes helping others and solving various IT problems, then we’d love to hear from you.

What are you going to do:
- Support users with their requests and issues, generally second line and up.
- Own and manage the onboarding and offboarding process for users
- Set up and maintain user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Entra
- Take care of delivering hardware like laptops and mobile phones, making sure everything is ready for a smooth start
- Improve repetitive work—automate where it makes sense (PowerShell/Graph).
- Collaborate on maintenance and small improvements that add real value
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra, Azure AD and Intune
- A proactive approach to user support and troubleshooting
- A mindset where security always comes first
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- You're curious, a problem solver, and ready to learn new things
- Able to work independently and take responsibility
