We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga! For this specific role, we will prioritize candidates from Vilnius.

- Lead with the strategic intent to ensure technology drives commercial success
- Have a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams (minimum 50 people)
- Have experience collaborating directly with C-level executives, translating business objectives into actionable technology solutions
- Have extensive knowledge of the latest technology trends and a strong technical acumen
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively lead and motivate our dynamic team
- Have experience in a fast-paced startup environment (bonus points)
- Have advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
