Your Role
- Liaise with local Finance to support the processing of monthly payroll.
- Liaise with payroll SPOCs regarding payroll related inquiries.
- Prepare payroll related documentation and orders.
- Ensure the documentation is prepared and signed on time.
- Maintain record keeping of all payroll related documentation.
- Reconcile the monthly changes to ensure the accuracy of payroll information.
- Support employees queries related to salary processing.
- Maintain employee information on in global and local HR systems.
- Maintain and handle queries requiring amendment on systems.
- Ensure the HR systems are kept up to date at all times.
- Issue / maintain various employee documentation.
- Monitor probation timelines of all new hire/promoted employees, ensure managers are informed of probation end.
- Work closely with the TA Partners, HR Business Partner to compliance with employment law.
- Adhere and comply with risk, confidentiality and audit requirements.
- Work closely with the Shared Services team to support on various HRSS initiatives and/or tasks as advised by the manager.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business-related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years HR administration experience, ideally from a financial services environment.
- Further job-related development through accredited training/education would be essential.
- Solid understanding of Human Resources functional areas and practices.
- Consultative skills gained in a similar role.
- Proven working knowledge of employment law and policies.
- Attentive to detail and accurate.
- Strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills.
- Flexible, resilient, you can multitask and prioritize effectively with shifting priorities and timeframe.
- Able to work independently.
