Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst, based in Vilnius. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, define and improve business processes, and provide actionable solutions. Daily tasks will include assessing data, preparing reports, facilitating communication between teams, and supporting decision-making processes with well-structured recommendations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be integral to the role’s success.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in gathering, interpreting, and using data effectively to make informed decisions
• Experience in Business Analysis and defining business processes
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to interpret and document Business Processes and Business Requirements clearly and accurately
• Proficiency in business tools and technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in project management or a related field will be beneficial
• A results-driven mindset and the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
