We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our team.
This is a chance to help shape CHAMP’s next generation of Revenue Management capabilities on the CHAMP’s Neo platform for all CHAMP’s customers. It is truly transformative work: an opportunity to design and deliver a keystone system for aircargo airlines, bringing the best of AI and machine learning into a high-impact commercial domain. You will sit at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, turning complex cargo realities into simple, high value decisions that commercial teams can trust and use on a day to day.
The role will be reporting to: VP Innovation & Insights
Responsibilities
- Own functional product management for Revenue Management on Cargospot Neo: translate strategy into clear epics, highquality user stories, and a prioritized backlog with crisp acceptance criteria.
- Customer discovery & validation: lead interviews, structured pilots, and debriefs across airlines; synthesize insights into product decisions that balance value, feasibility, and usability.
- Backlog & release stewardship: plan sprint scope and sequencing; ensure increments deliver user value, are productionready, and fit enterprise quality standards.
- Commercial alignment: collaborate with Sales/Commercial on packaging and benefit narratives; maintain business cases and validate value realization postrelease.
- Crossfunctional orchestration: partner with Engineering and Data/Analytics for delivery; with Marketing for positioning and launches; with Legal for contracts, privacy, and compliance; and with Customer Success/Support for enablement and adoption.
- Enablement & change: prepare release notes, training inputs, and support materials; instrument telemetry and feedback loops to learn and iterate.
- Ways of working: follow Scrum best practices and agile principles; contribute to continuous improvement of our product development process.

- Demonstrable adoption & usage of RM recommendations and workflows across early customers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Product craft: strong discovery, prioritization, and user story writing; clarity in defining outcomes and acceptance criteria.
- Cargo RM awareness: understanding of aircargo dynamics (multidimensional capacity, short booking horizons, “late & lumpy” demand, routing flexibility) and how these drive product requirements.
- Data/ML literacy: confidence partnering with data scientists on objectives, evaluation, and explainability; ability to articulate nonfunctional needs that matter to users.
- Platform mindset: experience integrating enterprise products into a core platform (Neo) and designing for configurability, security, and scale.
- Stakeholder collaboration: effective interaction with Engineering, Data/Analytics, Sales/Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success; crisp communication and documentation.
- Agile execution: handson with Scrum ceremonies, artifacts, and metrics; habit of shipping iteratively and learning from telemetry and user feedback.
- Customer orientation: curiosity, empathy, and the ability to turn complex operational needs into usable solutions.
- Travel: capacity to travel for discovery, pilots, and key customer sessions as needed.
Education and Experience:
- 4–8 years of Product Management experience in B2B/enterprise software, ideally in pricing, analytics, or decision support.
- Experience working with data/MLenabled capabilities (from problem framing to shipped value).
- Exposure to airline/cargo industries is a strong plus.
- Awareness of legal/compliance considerations around pricing, data privacy, and competition is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
