Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
Join our team in Luxembourg and contribute to our fast-growing organization, where you will be able to fulfill your career expectations in an international and dynamic environment. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in leveraging data to support strategic decisions and optimize business processes.
Your Missions
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Design, build, and deploy data-driven solutions (e.g., dashboards, reporting tools).
- Create and manage tools for data storage and analysis.
- Conduct database queries, data analyses, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Develop visualizations and reports for projects and ad hoc requests.
- Improve and maintain existing data systems and analytics platforms.
- Support system integration projects with internal teams.
- Perform unit testing and resolve issues in data pipelines.
- Contribute to automation projects, such as auto-matching freelancers to opportunities based on data.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance workflows and analytics capabilities .
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar field (minimum 3 years).
- Experience in logistics is a plus.
- Familiarity with data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and data mining techniques.
- Experience with database management systems and ETL processes (e.g., Azure Databricks).
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to learning and tackling challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
