Are you an experienced Data Scientist who can turn complex business challenges into smart, data-driven solutions? We are looking for a professional who is not only technically strong but also understands business needs and can present insights that accelerate decision-making.
What will you do?
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms that support strategic decisions.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Translate business questions into data solutions and present results clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Experiment with new techniques and tools to continuously improve our data capabilities.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Python and/or R, including relevant libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Solid understanding of machine learning, statistics, and data analysis.
- Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Resident in the Netherlands and holding a valid work permit.
- Excellent communication skills: able to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD for machine learning models.
- Background in the financial sector or risk modeling.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning, Azure Data Scientist Associate.
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
