About This Role
At Just Eat Takeaway.com, the Fintech’s Checkout experience is where our global mission comes to life. As a Product Manager within our Fintech Customer Payments domain, you will own a critical touchpoint in the customer journey: converting baskets into orders.
You aren't just managing a checkout page; you are responsible for a cohesive, global experience that brings together our voucher programs, costs and discounts, incentives, courier tipping, and diverse payment methods into one frictionless customer experience.
Your goal is simple but ambitious: to drive growth by balancing a best-in-class user experience with continuous financial optimization.
- Please note that this position is located in Amsterdam (3 days a week from our Amsterdam office and 2 days working from home)
- Translate Vision into Outcomes: You’ll turn complex business problems into clear product outcomes that align with our global strategic goals.
- Master the "No": By building strong relationships across Fintech and parallel pillars, you will be deciding what we solve now, and just as importantly, what we don’t.
- Lead with Data: You’ll bridge the gap between quantitative metrics and qualitative insights, collaborating with researchers and data analysts to obsess over order conversion.
- Define Success: Working closely with the Lead Product Manager, you’ll set the North Star KPIs and quarterly targets for your team.
- Cultivate Excellence: You will champion team health and efficiency through agile rituals, ensuring the team is empowered, focused, and high-performing.
- You have a proven ability to take an influx of customer or business problems and distill them into a single, elegant action plan for your team.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are a self-starter who views change as an opportunity to innovate rather than a hurdle
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude, strong multitasking abilities, and experience working in entrepreneurial or e-commerce settings.
- You don't just look at dashboards; you interrogate data to find the "why" behind the "what." You balance hard numbers with customer insights for great UX.
- You understand that great products are built through influence, not authority and focus on strong collaboration and relationship-building
- While not required, a background in Fintech, Payments, or customer-facing Checkout optimization gives you a head start in understanding the nuances of our domain
