UX/Frontend/Creative Engineer – AI-Powered Multi-Tenant SaaS – up to €90K + Stock Options – Netherlands

Our client is a fast-growing company that is building an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps organizations handle contracts and compliance obligations faster, more professionally, and more efficiently. By combining advanced and agentic AI with the expertise of legal professionals, they automate up to 95 percent of repetitive work. Built on a multi-tenant architecture, the platform is designed for organizations with multiple subsidiaries and uses specialized AI agents to handle most routine work. Lot of modern tech stuff!

You will join as one of the first key members of a new in-house engineering team that will take full ownership of the platform and deliver the future roadmap. You will work directly with the CTO and co-founders alongside a UX Frontend Specialist and an AI Engineer, forming the technical heart of the organization.

The role

As a UX/Frontend Engineer, you will be the driving force behind the user experience and interface of the platform. You will combine design thinking with hands-on front-end development to build and refine a product that customers can use independently without friction. You will run design sprints, create prototypes and user journeys in Figma, and translate them into production-ready UI components in React and Next.js.

You will have a lot of freedom to rethink and redesign existing parts of the product. A visual identity and initial design system are already in place, but you will extend and evolve them. You will also design and build new collaborative features where multiple users can work together in real time. This is a highly autonomous role where your input directly shapes the product’s strategic differentiation.

You should have experience with

• Three or more years of professional experience in UX and frontend engineering
• Deep experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript
• Building and extending design systems and UI component libraries
• Creating user journeys, workflows and prototypes in Figma
• Working from a product mindset and applying design thinking
• Working autonomously

The offer

• Gross annual salary up to €90K plus stock options for a senior and up to €70K for a medior
• Hybrid working with two days per week in the office in the Amsterdam/Flevoland area
• Initial seven or twelve-month contract with intent to move to permanent
