HR Generalist & Recruiter (On-site – Entrecampos)

We are looking for an HR Generalist / Recruiter to support HR and recruitment operations in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee data and personnel records across the full employee lifecycle
  • Process employee movements (promotions, transfers, reassignments)
  • Support onboarding processes and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, demographics, monitoring reports)
  • Support recruitment activities: CV screening, interviews, coordination with hiring managers
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a BPO environment is mandatory
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment
  • Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred)
  • Strong English skills
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel is key)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational setting

Conditions

  • On-site role – Entrecampos (Lisbon)
  • Annual gross salary: €30,000 – €32,000
  • Meal allowance: €10.20 net per working day
