Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee data and personnel records across the full employee lifecycle
- Process employee movements (promotions, transfers, reassignments)
- Support onboarding processes and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, demographics, monitoring reports)
- Support recruitment activities: CV screening, interviews, coordination with hiring managers
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
- Previous experience in a BPO environment is mandatory
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field preferred)
- Strong English skills
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel is key)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational setting
- On-site role – Entrecampos (Lisbon)
- Annual gross salary: €30,000 – €32,000
- Meal allowance: €10.20 net per working day
