The position requires a strategic mindset for territory planning, as well as strong execution skills to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and delivery handoff. You will collaborate across multiple business functions, including C-level stakeholders, to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Accountabilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategy for clinical solutions, driving growth across enterprise and midmarket accounts.
- Prospect, qualify, and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including contract negotiation and execution, ensuring smooth handoff to delivery teams.
- Analyze customer business objectives and align solutions to meet client goals.
- Contribute to team quarterly and annual sales targets, collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Maintain accurate territory and account strategy documentation, including opportunity management and forecasting.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across multiple organizational levels.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in clinical domain sales or business development (software, SaaS, or professional services preferred).
- Proven track record of growing a territory and managing enterprise and medium-sized accounts.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to proactively identify and close new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels (VP, Director, Manager).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
- Based in the EU, preferably Germany or France.
- Nice to have: knowledge of clinical operations or clinical data processes within the medical device and diagnostics industry.
