We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across multiple departments.

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals
- Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring team throughout the process
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in learning and development
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Hands-on learning with ongoing mentorship
- Supportive, collaborative team environment

- Working hours: 5am-2pm CST
