We are looking for an AI/ML Tech Lead, capable of defining and scaling enterprise-level technology solutions in a highly complex, global environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping the architecture, strategy, and engineering standards for reusable AI products, ML platforms, and data-driven solutions used across multiple business domains.

⚡ Main Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technical architecture, roadmap, and engineering standards for AI/ML platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end ML engineering lifecycle: development, automation, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to align technology with business goals.
• Build scalable, reusable components and frameworks that accelerate AI adoption across teams.
• Evaluate technical risks, model costs, and drive long-term technology decisions.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Participate in cross-team technical communities, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical background as a software engineer, with a recent transition into a Tech Lead / Engineering Manager role within AI-enabled or ML-driven environments.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments, assuming responsibilities similar to a technical project manager (planning, prioritisation, coordination and delivery oversight).
• Demonstrated experience leading large engineering teams, beyond small squads.
• Solid expertise in ML engineering foundations, including Python, AI platforms, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS preferred).
• Strong understanding of data and ML architecture, including pipelines, automation, and end-to-end model lifecycle management.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts, propose pragmatic solutions, and drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in large-scale, multi-team, multi-tenant enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• A strategic and proactive mindset, with strong ownership and the ability to influence technical direction.
• Willingness to travel regularly to London as required.
