Accountabilities
- Fine-tune AI models and maintain LLM, VLM, and forecasting models
- Monitor models' performance to ensure effectiveness
- Guide internal teams in building custom datasets
- Develop and implement new AI-based features focused on finance
- Conduct research and rapidly build, test, and implement AI-driven concepts
- Evaluate existing solutions and run experiments for improvements
- Strong full stack software engineering background: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with parameter efficient fine-tuning (e.g. LoRA adapters)
- Familiarity with AI ecosystem tools (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps)
- Understanding of the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architecture
- 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in processing financial documents
- Proven track record of transitioning from idea to prototype to production
- Ability to work collaboratively in small teams and take ownership of projects
- Detail-oriented with an ambition for high-quality outcomes
