We are looking for a professional and comprehensive People & Development Assistant to support - in a temporary mission- the People team and the organization in Iberia Region. The service to be provided will cover administrative HR duties such as talent acquisition, Workday data base accuracy in coordination with Stores, and other administrative HR matters.

- Ensure employees database accuracy registration in Workday across the different Stores and channels.
- Collaborate with payroll team on the starters, leavers and any change of details for employees during the lifecycle communication, ensuring all required documents and data is properly stored following the internal procedures.
- Manage the recruitment process for open to hire positions. This will include the identification of key skills and critical success factors, the completion of recruitment authorization documentation, the agreement and selection of the appropriate recruitment channel, liaising with external resourcing partners as required and the identification and short listing of appropriately qualified candidates. Ensure that job descriptions and candidate profiles are in place and that all recruitment activity is managed within budget and headcount controls.
- Manage the offer process, ensuring compliance with Company policy, and ensure the provision of contracts and all associated documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure the delivery of new hire orientation and induction.
- Support and coordinate training and development initiatives in conjunction with Learning Experience and Employee Experience departments.
- Prepare and submit monthly people reports detailing key activities, data and metrics including open to hire information, labour turnover, employee relations matters, invoices etc.
- Contribute to the development of improvements in departmental processes, procedures and reporting
- Collaborate on the EMEA digitalization project for Iberia Region.
- Passionate person with more than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- University level degree, computer literate.
- Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Sound working knowledge of Spain & Portugal employment law
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Action oriented and resilient with a pro-active approach to problem solving.
- Well-developed written and verbal presentation skills.
- Well defined planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and balance priorities.
- English is a must. Other languages would be an asset.
