We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist with an international scope to be a key part of our fast-growing team.

🔥 Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the first point of contact, addressing general inquiries from managers and employees, including labor law questions.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for location/region-specific HR administration.
  • Manage HR documentation and systems effectively, accurately, and on time.
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of all personnel matters handled by the HR team.
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and implementing new processes within the department.
  • Support disciplinary actions, terminations, and mediations.
  • Manage probation periods and contract terminations in collaboration with managers and team leads.
  • Assist with absence, attendance, and leave processes.
  • Conduct onboarding for all new employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and data for relevant countries.
  • Oversee employment contracts for new hires, contract amendments, and employee exits.
  • Provide support in onboarding, following up with new employees and managers, and serving as the point of contact for new hires on their first day.
  • Assist with payroll processing as required.


🎯 Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar HR role in Spain.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian or French is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor laws, agreements, and contracts. Familiarity with other markets is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrated experience in an international HR environment.
