The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Commercial Project Manager to support and drive our business development and marketing activities as we scale. This is an execution-focused role. You ensure commercial opportunities and initiatives move forward — following up consistently, coordinating stakeholders, and keeping momentum high. You’ll work closely with leadership, surgeon customers, internal teams, and external partners.


What You’ll Do

·      Coordinate marketing projects and commercial initiatives

·      Track and actively follow up on business development opportunities

·      Act as a point of contact for surgeon customers and various other external partners

·      Work cross-functionally to keep projects aligned and on track

·      Support conferences, trade shows, and commercial initiatives

·      Improve commercial documentation, CRM data, and internal processes

·      Role reports to CEO


Who You Are

·      3–5 years of experience in a commercial, product, clinical, or marketing role in the medical field

·      Proactive, structured, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment

·      Comfortable talking to surgeons, hospital managers, and other key stakeholders on a daily basis

·      Persistent and execution-driven — you follow up until things move

·      Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)

·      Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and modern AI tools

·      Familiar with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a strong plus
