Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex IT and OT infrastructure initiatives in a global, regulated environment. This role plays a critical part in delivering secure, scalable infrastructure solutions that support manufacturing and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and deliver IT/OT infrastructure projects across local, regional, and global scopes
- Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with internal standards and compliance requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure solutions
- Own project budgets, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Communicate clearly with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Maintain project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience managing IT/OT infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of IT and OT architecture, security, and compliance
- Hands-on knowledge of servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and data center environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical or other validated manufacturing environments
Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Professional fluency in English
- German language skills at B2 level or higher
