Our client is a professional software services provider based in Iași, Romania. Do you want to turn ideas into memorable digital experiences? We are looking for a mid-level UI/UX Designer who can combine user-centered thinking with a coherent and visually appealing design. You will work on end-to-end projects, from analysis and prototyping to delivering the final design, in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.
This role is available only in Iași, involves an employment contract (CIM), with a hybrid work model.
What You’ll Do
UX (User Experience):
- Analyze user needs and business objectives;
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes (low & high fidelity);
- Define information architecture and navigation logic;
- Validate solutions through usability testing and real user feedback.
UI (User Interface):
- Develop visual interfaces that are clear, consistent and aesthetically pleasing;
- Build and maintain a design system (colors, typography, components);
- Ensure visual consistency across all screens and platforms;
- Optimize design for responsive layouts and basic accessibility standards (WCAG).
Collaboration & Delivery:
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation;
- Deliver Figma assets in a clear and usable format;
- Adjust designs based on feedback, technical constraints and product priorities;
- Participate in product discussions and agile sprints.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX Design;
- Ability to work independently on complete features;
- Ability to find the balance between ideal design and technical requirements;
- Strong reasoning for design decisions based on UX principles, not just aesthetics;
- Solid knowledge of Figma and best practices in responsive & accessible design;
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
