Overview

We are seeking a Junior Operations Analyst to join the Strategy & Operations Department, focused on operational activities and structured data management. The company is currently in a strong phase of expansion and growth, offering a highly dynamic environment with significant opportunities to learn, develop, and grow professionally.

The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, validating, and maintaining key business data related to sales, inventory, channel performance, and market indicators, ensuring that internal teams always have access to accurate, coherent, and up-to-date information.

The position works closely with the Sales, Marketing, Retail, Go-To-Market (GTM) and Finance teams, acting as a central reference point for data quality, consistency, and availability across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, update, and consolidate data related to sales, inventory levels, pricing, promotions, and channel performance.
  • Maintain databases, reports, and reporting systems following strict standards for structure, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Perform systematic data quality checks, identify deviations, correct errors, and ensure data integrity before internal distribution.
  • Produce recurring operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as well as ad-hoc analyses required for business tracking.
  • Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools when needed.
  • Integrate external market data (e.g., GfK, IDC, Canalys) and ensure alignment with internal metrics and datasets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Retail, GTM, and Finance teams to standardize KPI definitions and ensure consistent usage across the organization.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, structured, and business-focused presentations to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to internal teams.
  • Define, document, and maintain cross-company business processes related to the collection, validation, synchronization, and distribution of operational data.
  • Identify and propose improvements to workflows to increase efficiency, reliability, and data quality across the organization.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analysis or a related field.
  • 0 to 3 years of professional experience in analytics, reporting, operations, or similar fields.
  • Internships in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics will be considered relevant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong command of English (the official working language).
  • Ability to handle and structure large volumes of data with precision and attention to detail.
  • Analytical, organized, and highly quality-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence and strong curiosity about its potential impact on data processes, along with openness to learning how AI tools can support data-related tasks.


Additional Skills That Will Be Considered (Not Required)

These skills are not mandatory, but candidates who bring some of them will be considered especially strong:

  • Experience exploring how Artificial Intelligence can enhance analytics, automation, or operational workflows.
  • Awareness of practical AI or machine learning use cases relevant to data processing and efficiency improvement.
  • Experience experimenting with AI-driven approaches to data transformation or workflow optimization.
  • Knowledge or experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with external market data sources (GfK, IDC, Canalys).
