About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer (Java) to join a Finance Crime Prevention (FCP) team within the banking sector. In this role, you will contribute to the development of robust software solutions supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and audit capabilities. Your work will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and reducing manual workload through smart, scalable development. You will collaborate closely with an international, cross-functional team and help foster a high-performing, modern development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications supporting AML and audit processes
• Collaborate with global development teams in an agile environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and system architecture
• Support team knowledge sharing and mentoring initiatives
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Java (version 21+)
• Solid hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Liberty
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React and Angular
• Familiarity with container platforms, particularly OpenShift
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, Kafka, and Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
• Strong interest in teamwork, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
