We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer (Java) to join a Finance Crime Prevention (FCP) team within the banking sector. In this role, you will contribute to the development of robust software solutions supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and audit capabilities. Your work will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and reducing manual workload through smart, scalable development. You will collaborate closely with an international, cross-functional team and help foster a high-performing, modern development environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications supporting AML and audit processes
- Collaborate with global development teams in an agile environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and system architecture
- Support team knowledge sharing and mentoring initiatives
- Proven experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Java (version 21+)
- Solid hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Liberty
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React and Angular
- Familiarity with container platforms, particularly OpenShift
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, Kafka, and Git
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
- Strong interest in teamwork, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
