We’re now looking for a Content Designer / Content Creator to our Growth Team in Stockholm – someone who combines strong visual craft with a modern, creator-led and tech-enabled mindset.
Your mission
As Content Designer at Bruce Studios, you will play a key role in evolving how our brand comes to life across channels – from polished brand assets to fast-moving, performance-driven and platform-native content.
Your mission is to create content that not only looks great, but works: content that engages, converts, and continuously improves based on real data and insights. You will use modern tools, formats and workflows, including AI, to increase creative output, speed and relevance, while safeguarding Bruce Studios’ visual identity.
You will report to the CGO, with a dotted line to the Creative Director, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. Key stakeholders include app and web developers, the Brand & Partnership Manager, CRM Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, and the studio team.
What You´ll Do
Design, produce and iterate visual content across a wide range of touchpoints, including:
- Performance marketing assets (static, motion and video)
- Organic social media content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn – with a strong focus on short-form video)
- Out-of-home campaigns
- Newsletters and CRM communication
- Web and app components
- Merchandise and promotional materials
- Create and experiment with platform-native, creator-led content formats based on performance insights.
- Use AI-powered tools and modern workflows to ideate, adapt, version and optimize content at speed.
- Test, analyze and optimize content formats, hooks, storytelling and visual expressions across paid and organic channels.
- Translate insights from performance marketing, social analytics and CRM into creative improvements.
- Manage social media channels hands-on, publishing and iterating content in close collaboration with the marketing team.
- Lead and manage multiple content and production projects simultaneously, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous development of Bruce Studios’ visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Performance Marketing Manager, Brand & Partnership Manager and CGO to ensure consistent and impactful brand execution.
- Partner with UX and product teams on cross-functional initiatives to ensure visual cohesion and strong user experiences.
- 1–3 years of professional experience creating digital content for brand, marketing or growth-focused teams.
- Proven ability to create high-performing, platform-native content – not just polished brand assets.
- Hands-on experience producing and editing video and still photography.
- Diploma from established school in content design, graphic design or similar.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments where priorities evolve quickly.
- A strong understanding of how content performance connects to business outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with UX and/or UI designers.
- Experience from a global brand within sports, fashion, lifestyle or tech.
- Experience working closely with performance marketing or growth teams.
- Strong visual design and storytelling skills across static, motion and video content.
- Confident video editing skills, especially for short-form and social-first formats.
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Comfortable using modern content creation tools and AI-powered workflows.
- Data-informed creative mindset – you care about what works, not just how it looks.
- Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously with strong time management.
- Copywriting skills.

You possess a refined eye for contemporary design and brands. Your inspiration isn't limited to the health and training industry; you are deeply attuned to the world of modern lifestyle brands and perfected craft. You understand what makes a brand feel "elevated" and how to translate that into a visual language.
