We are looking for a Senior AI Agent Engineer to drive the implementation of agent AI solutions with real business impact. The role focuses on developing and deploying validated AI use cases related to workflow automation in areas such as software development, customer support, and operations, using internal data, system integrations, and an LLM-based platform.

You will lead experimentation and implementation of AI-driven workflows within autonomous transport systems, contribute to operational optimization through advanced data methods, and collaborate across functions as a technical leader. The role includes developing AI-enabled services, integrating AI into operational data products, and supporting scalable data pipelines in technologies such as Kafka and Databricks.

Qualifications:

• You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology or another related field.
• You have 2-5 years of proven work experience from working with Agentic AI
• You have 5 years of proven work experience as a software developer.
• You are fluent in English.

You have hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions, strong communication and change leadership skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional AI initiatives with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes.
