UI Developer – Angular & Node.js (Hybrid | Gdańsk)

We are looking for a strong UI Developer with solid Angular and Node.js experience to join a long-term project building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications for enterprise users.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership across frontend and backend integration, working closely with designers, engineers, and product stakeholders.

📍 Location: Gdańsk, Poland

🏢 Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain dynamic, responsive UI components using Angular (latest versions)
• Develop and integrate Node.js backend services and APIs
• Consume and design RESTful APIs, ensuring clean data flow between frontend and backend
• Implement authentication & authorization flows (OIDC / OAuth-style patterns)
• Work closely with UX/design to deliver clean, accessible, user-friendly interfaces
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards
• Write clean, reusable, well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with CI/CD pipelines

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Must-have

• 4+ years of hands-on Angular experience (latest versions) building real-world applications
• Strong Node.js experience (API development, server-side logic)
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Strong experience with REST APIs and async data handling
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile ways of working
• Understanding of cloud environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes basics)

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architectures
• Performance optimization in large-scale web applications
• Testing experience (Jest, Mocha, Vitest, Cypress)
• Exposure to cloud-native deployments
