Full-timeProduct Management

Role Summary

At Efsora, a Product Manager is a bridge-builder across design, engineering, AI, and the customer.

This role goes beyond managing delivery: the PM continuously translates customer intent into product direction, today’s execution into tomorrow’s opportunity.

An Efsora PM is expected to speak multiple languages fluently; design, engineering, AI, and business and to operate confidently in customer-facing environments.

Core Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership & AI-Enabled Delivery

  • Own product direction across active customer engagements
  • Translate customer problems into clear, structured product definitions (PRDs, canvases, backlogs)
  • Continuously improve product workflows using AI (analysis, documentation, synthesis, validation)
  • Ensure alignment between scope, priorities, and execution without introducing unnecessary process

2. Design Partnership & New UX Paradigms

  • Work closely with designers operating in AI-driven and agentic UX paradigms
  • Support design beyond static screens: behaviors, flows, system intelligence, and adaptive experiences
  • Use AI to accelerate exploration, critique, and iteration of design concepts
  • Ensure design decisions are grounded in customer value and technical feasibility

3. Engineering Collaboration & Technical Fluency

  • Collaborate seamlessly with frontend, backend, mobile, and AI engineers
  • Understand system architectures and constraints well enough to frame the right product questions
  • Translate technical trade-offs into product decisions and customer-ready narratives
  • Use AI to clarify, summarize, and validate technical inputs where appropriate

4. Customer-Facing Product Leadership

  • Act as a trusted product partner for customers
  • Lead discovery, alignment, and product working sessions
  • Communicate clearly in ambiguous or evolving problem spaces
  • Use AI-supported insights to strengthen customer discussions and recommendations

5. Next-Scope Discovery & Shaping (Defining Responsibility)

A core expectation of the Efsora PM role.

Continuously identify:

  • Emerging needs
  • Latent use cases
  • Product and system expansion opportunities

Structure findings into:

  • Clear problem definitions
  • Well-framed scope directions
  • Outcome-driven phase proposals

Use AI to synthesize signals from delivery, design, engineering, and customer inputs

Support leadership and sales teams with structured, future-ready scope narratives

What We Look For

  • 7+ years of product management experience (B2B, complex systems, or platforms preferred)
  • Demonstrated AI-native mindset: actively improving personal and team workflows using AI
  • Strong discovery, framing, and scope-definition capabilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate with designers and engineers at depth
  • Confidence and professionalism in customer-facing environments

The Efsora PM Mindset

  • AI is a daily co-pilot, not an experiment
  • Seeks leverage through better thinking, not more meetings
  • Builds structure in ambiguity
  • Delivers today while intentionally shaping what comes next

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in AI-native or AI-enabled product environments (LLMs, agents, RAG, automation, data-driven systems)
  • Hands-on use of AI tools to improve personal productivity (research synthesis, PRD drafting, analysis, decision support)
  • Familiarity with agentic UX concepts and system-level interaction design
  • Ability to read and reason about architecture diagrams and technical documentation

An Efsora PM does not “sell” future work, they make the next phase inevitable through clarity and evidence. If you think system-level, work AI-native, and enjoy shaping what comes next, we’d love to meet you!
