About The Role
We are currently seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our expanding global team. In this role, you will contribute to the design of complex web interfaces, including dashboards and system-heavy workflows, and help shape a consistent and scalable user experience across our products. This is a full-time position with a fully remote work option.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, taking ownership of UI/UX design for key product areas.
What You’ll Do
- Design user flows, interaction models, and UX scenarios for web-based products.
- Create UI designs for dashboards, admin panels, tables, forms, and configuration screens.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and reusable UI components.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Prepare design specifications and assets for development handoff.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support implementation.
- Participate in product discussions and contribute to UX-related decisions.
- 3+ years of experience as a UI / UX Designer.
- Proven experience designing web applications, dashboards, or SaaS products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (working with components, auto layout, variants).
- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability.
- Experience working with developers and understanding technical constraints.
- Ability to clearly communicate and justify design decisions.
- Familiarity with accessibility principles (WCAG).
- Understanding of product metrics and user feedback analysis.
- English level: B2.
