Key Responsibilities

As an HR Specialist, you will support both talent acquisition and HR operations throughout the full employee lifecycle:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
• Drive sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer processes
• Lead onboarding and orientation, ensuring smooth integration for new hires

Employee Relations & Experience

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, documentation, and policies
• Build positive working relationships through periodic check-ins and feedback loops
• Support engagement and internal communication activities (events, surveys, recognition, etc.)

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain HR systems, records, and documentation with accuracy
• Ensure compliance with Turkish labor law and internal procedures
• Coordinate offboarding, exit interviews, and final documentation processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in HR with exposure to recruitment and HR operations
• Prior experience in tech, consulting, agency, or fast-paced environments is a plus
• Solid understanding of Turkish labor law and HR compliance
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
