Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields (Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, MIS preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in the banking domain
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and processes
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and manage customer requirements
• Knowledge of software development and project lifecycle processes
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Experience with mockup tools such as Balsamiq or similar
• Knowledge of UI/UX and usability principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proactive, eager to learn new technologies, and open to continuous improvement
• Good command of written and spoken English

Job Description:

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Prepare analysis documents aligned with business needs
• Estimate effort, cost, and timelines for projects and requests
• Design business processes and perform functional and technical analysis
• Collaborate closely with software development teams throughout the SDLC
• Ensure required documentation is produced in line with company standards
• Perform functional testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Plan and coordinate go-live and rollout activities for completed products and services
