QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must-have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of IT project management experience, with demonstrated responsibility in large-scale, multi-team delivery environments; telecom or enterprise-scale system experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and values, with hands-on experience leading Agile-led delivery in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
- Practical experience delivering in Scaled Agile contexts, applying more than one scaling approach (e.g. SAFe, Disciplined Agile, Nexus) based on delivery needs rather than rigid framework adoption.
- Proven ability to operate within enterprise governance and hybrid delivery models, balancing Agile execution with planning discipline, reporting, and control.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (Desktop and/or PWA) for integrated planning, scheduling, and dependency management.
- Working experience with Jira and Confluence for Agile execution tracking, collaboration, and transparency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience managing remote, multicultural, and cross-border stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- No overseas travel restrictions.
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- Experience working in telecom or similarly regulated, large-scale enterprise environments.
- Professional working proficiency in French.
- Relevant Project Management or Agile / Scaled Agile certifications are a plus; practical experience in large-scale delivery environments is prioritized over certifications
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT initiatives executed using Agile and Scaled Agile principles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, delivery commitments, and organizational standards.
- Establish and maintain integrated delivery plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and schedules, coordinating execution across multiple Agile teams.
- Drive cross-team alignment by managing dependencies, sequencing, and synchronization, enabling predictable delivery in complex environments.
- Execute delivery within the enterprise governance framework, including planning, tracking, reporting, and compliance with defined processes and ways of working.
- Provide consistent delivery visibility through structured status reporting and dashboards, communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies at both project and cross-team level, driving mitigation actions and timely escalation when required.
- Define and execute a clear project communication approach, working closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
- Reinforce agreed delivery standards and contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback from delivery outcomes.
