We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to strengthen our team and drive informed decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to solve business problems and identify product, market, and customer trends and opportunities;
• Act as a data owner for a wide scope of metrics and reporting layers — from core data logging to end-user data visualizations;
• Maintain, optimize, and expand key dashboards, reports, and metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making;
• Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define, track, and maintain core business KPIs;
• Lead complex deep-dive analyses and provide actionable insights that shape product strategy and business growth.
• Mentor and guide a Junior BI Specialist within the team, providing technical direction, support, and feedback on tasks and development goals.

Required skills

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure ambiguous problems using data;
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets;
• Experience with BI tools (Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
• Familiarity with mobile/web analytics platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Firebase, Amplitude);
• Experience in the fintech or crypto industry
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical teams
