About the Role

We are a recruitment firm partnering with a large, well-established organization to appoint a highly experienced Sr. Executive Assistant to support a Chief Executive Officer.

This role sits at the heart of senior leadership and requires a trusted professional who will act as the CEO’s strategic right hand. You will enable the CEO to focus on driving the organization’s vision while managing the operational flow behind the scenes. From board-level coordination and confidential communications to complex calendar management, executive travel, and cross-functional follow-ups, you will ensure seamless execution at the highest level.

This is a confidential search for a high-impact role with significant exposure to senior leadership and the board.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, high-stakes meetings, and shifting priorities.
  • Coordinate board meetings, leadership forums, and executive offsites, including agendas, presentations, and materials.
  • Prepare high-quality communications, reports, and confidential correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Oversee detailed executive travel planning, including visas, itineraries, and post-travel documentation.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure execution of CEO-level decisions, OKRs, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism, discretion, and influence at senior levels.


Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Executive Assistant certification is an advantage


Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience
  • At least 3 years supporting C-level executives


Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced expertise in executive calendar, meeting, and travel management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including board-level documentation
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders, board members, and external partners
  • Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and operate under pressure
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Fluent in English
