🔷 We Are Hiring | Senior Manager, Strategic Affairs

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Strategic Affairs to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the executive leadership team. This role is responsible for translating organizational strategy into actionable plans, strengthening executive governance, and driving the execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate corporate strategy into clear objectives, initiatives, and KPIs

• Drive execution of enterprise-level strategic programs and monitor performance

• Act as a strategic advisor and Chief of Staff to the CEO

• Lead executive governance, reporting, and performance review processes

• Prepare executive and board-level materials and decision documents

• Manage senior internal and external stakeholder relationships

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred

• 12+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, PMO, or executive office roles

• Minimum 5 years working directly with C-suite executives

• Proven experience in governance frameworks, executive reporting, and strategic execution

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
