Job Title: ERP Implementation Department Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 10000 AED


We are seeking an experienced and driven Implementation Department Manager to lead our ERP implementation team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless deployment of our software solutions, driving customer success, and optimizing internal processes. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with operational expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering excellence.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, project management, or technology deployment
  • 2+ years of experience in managing teams, preferably in software or technology environments
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and project management methodologies
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and developing teams


Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage the ERP implementation team, ensuring successful deployment

projects across all client accounts

 Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth

and consistent implementation processes

 Coordinate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure client requirements are

accurately captured and executed

 Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively addressing risks

and challenges

 Mentor and develop team members, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and

performance improvement

 Drive process improvements, workflow optimizations, and innovative solutions to

increase departmental efficiency

 Maintain high-quality standards in project delivery, client interactions, and

documentation

 Prepare reports and dashboards to track team performance, project status, and

client satisfaction
