We are looking for a Product Manager with experience from large, complex organisations to help scale and evolve our ecommerce digital product experience. This role is heavily focused on digital development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and programmatic experimentation, while supporting a broader digital transformation towards more effective, agile, product-led ways of working.
You will maintain and execute against the digital product roadmap, translating strategic direction and insight into clear, high-impact initiatives. You are highly data-driven, structured, and bring experience in applying scalable, agile processes that support sustainable growth.
Work Tasks
Ecommerce Product Ownership:
- Own delivery and evolution of key parts of the Shopify-based ecommerce experience, including PDP, PLP, checkout, and end-to-end customer journeys
- Translate strategic and commercial priorities into clear digital product initiatives and development briefs
- Ensure product decisions are grounded in data, customer insight, and measurable business impact
- Keep on top of the Shopify ecosystem
CRO & Programmatic Experimentation:
- Drive a structured, programmatic A/B testing and experimentation roadmap across the ecommerce funnel
- Define hypotheses, success metrics, and statistical rigor in collaboration with analytics teams
- Ensure learnings are documented, shared, and scaled into product improvements
- Actively promote a test-and-learn culture within an agile delivery setup
Roadmap, Prioritization & Agile Delivery:
- Maintain and contribute to the digital product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities set by the Head of Digital Product & Experience
- Translate roadmap initiatives into a prioritized agile backlog (epics, initiatives, user stories)
- Plan, sequence, and deliver work in collaboration with development agencies / external development partners, ensuring clear scope, outcomes, and delivery cadence
Digital Transformation & Ways of Working:
- Support the evolution and maturity of product development ways of working to enable scale, speed, and quality
- Apply best practices from larger organisations while adapting them pragmatically to the business context
- Contribute to the transition towards more product-led, cross-functional, agile operating models
Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration:
- Work closely with development agencies / external development partners, design, analytics, marketing, ecommerce, and operations teams
- Act as the primary day-to-day product contact for assigned digital initiatives
- Clearly communicate priorities, progress, outcomes, and learnings to stakeholders
Qualification & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, preferably within ecommerce or digital platforms
- Experience working in or with large, complex organisations and understanding how to operate at scale
- Experience with Shopify (themes, apps, integrations, and ecommerce architecture)
- Proven experience working in agile product teams (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models)
- Demonstrated experience managing delivery with external development agencies
- Strong experience driving CRO and A/B testing programs
- Solid understanding of ecommerce KPIs (CVR, AOV, funnel drop-off, retention, LTV)
Personal attributes
- Growth mindset: curious, continuously learning, and motivated by experimentation and continuous improvement
- A team-player with an inclusive and positive mindset
- Comfortable working in agile, iterative environments with evolving priorities
- Structured and pragmatic
- Collaborative, transparent, and resilient in times of change
