About the role:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Product Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping user-centric products while maintaining a strong focus on corporate design and branding. This role requires a balance of creativity and strategic thinking, ensuring that our digital products not only deliver exceptional user experiences but also align with the company’s corporate identity and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Ensure all product interfaces and experiences reflect a consistent and professional corporate brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Brand) to integrate design seamlessly across touchpoints.
• Develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and visual standards for digital and corporate assets.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve product designs.
• Create design assets for both digital platforms (web, mobile) and corporate use (presentations, reports, marketing collateral).
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovation and fresh ideas to the design process.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design, corporate design, and branding projects.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with enterprise or B2B products.
• Knowledge of motion design, data visualization, or interactive design.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
