We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the planning and delivery of IT projects focused on security and control systems for critical infrastructure. This role ensures projects align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices while strengthening operational control and security posture.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver security and monitoring projects (e.g., SIEM, threat detection, SOC upgrades).

Ensure compliance with ISR, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and internal governance.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to define and deliver project outcomes.

Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, and change effectively.

Monitor project performance, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and report status to senior stakeholders.

Support audits, security assessments, and incident response planning.

Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer applications. (MCA)/Computer Science and Information Technology or equivalent
• Must have experience in Project management, Cybersecurity Frameworks, SIEM Tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel), Threat & Vulnerability, Management, Incident Response Coordination, Network Security Concepts, ITIL & Service Management, Cloud Security (AWS/Azure), Security Monitoring & Reporting
• Must have 6+ years of experience
• Preferred Arabic speaker
